- Service Delivery Timing
- After the contract is concluded and the necessary preparations are complete, services begin on a separately notified start date.
- Cancellation / Refund
- Cancellation before the contract is concluded is possible. Due to the nature of the services, refunds after delivery has begun are generally not accepted; in unavoidable circumstances, please consult us individually.
